Chest & Breathing Problems

First I would thank the entire doctors in practo who has supported me in my previous post related to find the root cause of the cavity. I haven't taken re test of cbnaat or did culture test yet but my wife (gen doctor govt) she met tamilnadu district tb head doctor (pulmonologist ) taken consultation. He said with respect to scan report it's 100 percent tb and asked to start tb treatment. I couldn't believe I have tb I am non smoker non alcoholic , very good life style. I am confused whether to take treatment or go for another doctor opinion. My wife puts pressure on me that its 100 percent tb and questions like that I don't belive her being a doctor

Hi Doctor,2 weeks ago I had cold and coughed sputum,having Azithromycin for 5 days got better, now from 2 days morning the sputum which I'm spitting has a colour change from yellowish to red..is there anything serious

Today i go for normal medical.my chest xray not come good so radiologist suggest me to do HCRT chest scan. In chest scan one prblem come mild apical pleural thickening.is mild apical pleural thickness is curable with medicine.

I am tuberclosis patient eating medicines since 68 days done genexpert test no mdr tb medicines are sensitive please tell me but why i am getting fever daily in 100 - 101 now afb also cones negative no mdr tb pulmonary tb

I have DLCO tesr report,spirometry report, 6 minute walk test report and 2 ct scan reports plus eco cardiogram and ecg report.. Also USG report.. Still no pulmologist is able to tell me exactly what does my mom have or is she normal? Some said she is normal, some say Copd, some say fibrosis.. I can't do anymore test.. If there is any pulmologist here who can tell me exactly the issue with the above results.. Please tell me, I shall consult you right now..
