Chest & Breathing Problems

For the treatment of chronic allergic rhinitis & allergic asthma is sub lingual immuno therapy effective. What will be the treatment duration and is it affordable ? Kindly help with your suggestion.

Please check the xray attached. AFB SPUTUM both reports= NEGATIVE GENEXPERT Report = NEGATIVE SYMPTOMS: more than 20days cough sometimes but goes after taking medicines( cough syrup and antibiotics). Fever sometimes 101 from 3days(but gets normal after taking DOLO). Please reply the findings.

How to know if the TB bacteria is drug resistant as xray and ct scan shows possibility of cochs but AFB SPUTUM both tests and GENEXPERT result shows as negative. Can we relay on chest xray and ct scan and think it as TB.

Are medicines same for Miliary Tuberculosis and Pulmonary Tuberculosis same. Or is it different Please Reply.

My Anti TB medication is going on from last 4 months. After bronchoscopy doctor said it could be TB with Sarcoidosis. But chances of Wagner's Disease is also there. Can anyone please tell what are the chances of TB with Wegners disease or Sarcoidosis? My ACE is 58 and c-anca is positive. I am taking Akruit 3 - 5 tablets daily for TB.
