I am22 year old weight 87 height 6 last month during free checkup my tryglicride are 400 Do ecg normal Do tmt negative Advise walking & exercise I daily do brisk walking for 1 hr  distnce 5km But during walking thodi sas phulti h deep breath atti h Same for 1 floor stare k bad sas hlki chdti h While doing walking my hr 148 average spo2 95 Is it normal or dueto less stamina becuse of not so physical in past 2 year ?

I had severe asthama as a kid. With age it became less of a problem. My doctor had prescribed me with Seretide Evohaler 250 a few years back. This inhaler is not available in the market now. With winters being so harsh, I'm in need of an inhaler. What can be it's substitute?

My Anti TB medication is going on from last 4 months. After bronchoscopy doctor said it could be TB with Sarcoidosis. But chances of Wagner's Disease is also there. Can anyone please tell what are the chances of TB with Wegners disease or Sarcoidosis? My ACE is 58 and c-anca is positive. I am taking Akruit 3 - 5 tablets daily for TB.

My C- ANCA is 14.65(Positive) and P-ANCA is 1.33(Negative) .My anti TB treatment is going on from last 4 months few days back blood came with cough. I don't have any other symptom. AFB sputum and TB culture test is also negative. Initially my doctor started TB medication by just looking at the CECT chest and no sputum test. Recently I did chest x ray and ct scan doctor said lymphnodes size has reduced but infection has spread in lungs. What does positive C - ANCA suggest can anyone please tell me?

Can anyone help me read this xray and let me know if anything they can see?? Need to know any swollen lymphnodes they can see in this??

Hi I have recovered from covid which I have effected with 6 months back .I was not hospitalized but in home isolation only.From the past 2 weeks I am having shortness of breath sometimes but not at all the times and stays for very less time.I have consulted Physician today and he asked for blood test and Malaria came positive in report.Doctor said breathlessness is due to malaria and prescribed medicines for 2 weeks.Chest xray is also performed.and.mild infection is.present in lungs.Steria16mg tablets were given. Can somebody please advise me will the.malaria cause breathlessness and is my lung infection due to Malaria.I am scared if it has anything to do with previous Covid. Please suggest
