I understand your concern. Chest x ray does not pick up subtle changes. Depends on patients condition though. Do a online consult for a detailed analysis of symptoms and reports to suggest you further management plan and treatment prescription for the same

To rule out Lung involvement, hrct chest is best.certain times, deep details are not seen in xray chest.pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
