Pneumonia like symptoms and recovering from thyphoid. Feeling heavy breathe, weakness, loss of appetite

I had one hrct Chest during covid in June 2021 and then one CT chest in October 2021 so can these 2 scans cause any issues later in the life ?

I am 36yr lady. On 15 Nov 21, I have undergone chest x ray. In the report following is written:- "A few fibrotic strands are seen in the left upper zone". Please clarify on the report. Is there anything to worry. Any sign of serious decease. And what will be the treatment and how long .??

I was feeling shortness of breath sometimes and gastroenterologist has told me to stop eating salt ,spicy and oil foods. They suggested to take PAN L tablet morning time. I start dieting since 10days but still feeling same. I am worried is this heart related issue(last three months Back echo and ecg was done and everything was fine )or lungs issue. I am really worried and sometimes feel heavy on the left side of chest and sometimes suddenly heart beat increases(vitamin b12 within the range ). Please suggest whom should I contact or should I go with same diet ?

Can a person stop breathing without any problem,i always feel i'm not breathing enough i do'nt have any medical conditions but still feel i will die of shortness of breathe

Dear Doctors, I have completed 3 months of Anti TB treatment course. My AFB Stain and GeneXpert reports came Negative(Normal). Should I go for AFB Culture or TB Culture test?

Every single night my boyfriend wakes up in the midnight or in the dawn cause of heavy cough. He can't sleep well these days. He feels his cough is stuck in the throat which causes him choking. How do solve this problem so that he sleeps peacefully.

I have been prescribed IG E Test. The test shows Immunoglobulin E total 39.11 Is it normal range or high ??

I was diagnosed pulmonary tb on 6/7/2021 and from the next day I'm in ATT. Initially Drug induced hepatotoxicity happend and found that pza was the culprit drug. From then my regime is going with Akurit 3. After 4.5 month I faced breating problems, so doctor gave me Foracort inhaler twice a day. I'm taking this foracort inhaler for last 1.5 month but still breathing problems is present. I'm in huge worry.

Can I have any blood test to confirm tb is fully cured now? I completed my medical course and now fill better but have same headache I have pulmonary and extra pulmonary both tb
