Chest & Breathing Problems

From past two month I am suffering from cough and difficulty to breathe at night. I showed to many doctors all of them say it is allergic..I even got my checkup done including CBC, thyroid, chest x-ray, ultrasound, ECG, echo and PFT...all are normal...then why am I facing this problem. Along with the above issue I have upper palate itching. Please help me as I am having sleepless night. I feel someone sitting on my chest and I have to gasp for air and I can also hear a whistle sound from my chest. One more thing is I am taking elthroxin 100mcq from past 10 years.

Dear Doctors I am on Anti TB medication from last 115 days. 2 days back blood came with cough and my doctor suggested to do a X ray. I am attaching X ray film. Can anyone please check if anything serious in X ray?

I have completed 3.5 months of Anti TB treatment. From last two days I am getting blood in while coughing. Recently my AFB Stain GeneXpert report came normal. Is it okay to take levolin 1.25mg 3 times a day with nebulizer in asthma with severe coughing? Is 1.25mg for 3 times a safe dosage?
