I want to know in general what does an ATT look like.
For instance, if the doctor says the treatment will last for 6 months, what all different activities will happen during these 6 months?
Like, my friend on ATT for about 1 month now has gone through a blood test after first 15 days of dosage and then has been asked to consult after 8 weeks of dosage.

Hi. I understand your concern. Do a online consult for a detailed analysis of your symptoms and reports to suggest you further management plan and treatment prescription for the same
ATT means four drugs HRZE. You have to take empty stomach. Each drug have it's side effect most common is drug induced hepatitis so we should check LFT every 15 days for first 1 month then every 2 month after that
During Att,Regular Lft, sputum for Afb, will be done.Regular check up of weight is also monitored. After 2 months, drugs will be reduced.
Lft,at monthly, interval, sputum at 2 months intervals, wt at monthly intervals. Pl consult Pulmonologist online for further details
