Chest & Breathing Problems

Please see my father CT report is it treatable He had tv 12-15 year ago Currently blood is coming in cough

I have cough problem since 7 years. Have been treated with tuberculosis twice with complete 6 months medicine course; however my cough is not going. I tried taking inhalers as well for a month but there was no change in my cough. I have done PFT test and this is the findings in my report. I have consulted the doctor who asked me for PFT testing; however I still have few doubts. I want to know with this PFT test, if I have any major respiratory problems like COPD or the reports are normal and there could be other reasons for my cough? Please share detailed information for me to understand this report and my problem.

My mother has asthma since 25 years. Her test was done 1.5 years ago and it came out 30% lungs is functional. Yesterday night blood came with muscus with cough. What it can be ?Which doctor shall we consult? What tests we should carry out?

She is  taking deflaZcoert 6 mg twice a day  from 5days after she reduce 3mg twice a day now she take 3 mg a day from 3days now due to asthma problem . Now want to know can we take covishield or covaccine 1st dose today

I had a tb in 2012 in left upper zone and I took a treatment for 9 months, Does fibrotic lesions remains after 7-8 years of tb treatment at same place ?

Please tell me what report is saying? Report showing mtb mot detected and SPC positive other are negative. The report is of sample of lymph node

Currently I'm taking Seroflo 250 & Montek 10 tablet , but can i take Montemac 10 & Flutrol 250 ? which is less expensive. Are these  same effective  as my current medicine?

I have chest congestion and breathing issues throughout the day and bcuz of this I feel panicky and anxious.

My father aged 64 is having fever and cough from last 4 days. He consulted a doctor for fever and cough. Doctor advised to take covid test and it turned out to be negative. Yesterday, we consulted doctor once again and advised to take further test. Today , we got test reports and crp level found to be 32 mg/litre. And in X-ray test mild haziness in lower left zone in  chest is found. What may be the reason?

I am experiencing a chest pain near middle part and light back pain in upper part for 2-3 days without coughing but with burping . 2 month back I visited a pulmonologist for mild chest pain issue and after going through x -ray he confirmed everything is ok . It's happening due to gas formation . Kindly suggest what can be the reason of my pain . I have smoked for 5 years and just quit 2 month back
