Due to cough, intrathoracic pressure changes, and with the help of cilia in the respiratory tract, sputum comes out of the lungs, throat and it is spitted out. Sheershasan may not help in getting sputum out of the lungs.it has to be coughed out.pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
