Im having cough in lungs along with changed voice and coughing. It hurts a little in throat too. Since last 2 days. How to detox lungs from such cough?

May be viral aetiology. Pl increase your immunity. Salt water gargling, antihistamines and hydration will help you. If you get yellow sputum. Pl consult.
