Earlier in second wave I have infected covid in lungs later now I got positive and present no symptoms. When I done hrct it shows moderate infection in lungs please suggest based on report

Hey this is for my niece..she's 13years old...earlier in nov she was diagnosed with Thyphoid...so her treatment was done accordingly but with heavy doses of medication (incl. Malaria and dengue) as she was having fever that time too...now the thing is she's diagnosed with TB...so I'm looking for a good doctor of TB...she's too weak now to swallow medicines...and it really sickening to see her like this. In her latest USG radiologist has given remark of Minimal septated pleural effusion with focal pleural thickening. The patient is on TB medication from one month. She is doing vomiting from 2 days continuously after eating or drinking any thing. But today she took TB medicine 2times and vomited it both the times immediately after taking the TB medicine. So please suggest can we skip todays TB medicine. And suggest for vomiting. Please help.
