Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello My dear doctors, My father is having issues of short/low breathing. The local specialist doctor advised him to get admit into thr hospital ASAP for an urgent treatment.Kindly advise as per the attached CT scan report. Also let me know the actual treatment is require and time will take to recover from this. We thank you in advance for yours valuable input.

I have facing this problem since few days. I am allergic and i have ongoing treatment for allergy from pulmonologist. I take montoluekast tab and inhaler 3 times a day. Problem I am facing is sometimes i feel heaviness in my breathing or something like i am not able to exhale completely something like that. Its a weird feeling and it goes automatically after 10 or 15 minutes. I am able to do all work, i am walking for half an hour briskly and also jogging daily in the morning. I do daily pranayam (breathing exercise) almost daily. Do i need to get tested for anything, if yes then what tests i can go for? Please suggest me why i am getting this problem? Do i have any problem with my lungs?

I moved to a different location since Oct 2021 and started to cough. The cough gradually increased on daily basis. Initially I thought it must be due to dust/pollen or pollution and will go away. It was 2+ months ,in Dec I decided to go to a doctor, he put me on antibiotics and cough syrups. After a week of medication, the cough started to return back slowly and it's has been interfering with my sleep. The cough comes at night and early morning, with running nose, slight itching in ear and throat, after some time it goes on its own. I can feel the throat making some weird sound ,not sure if it's wheezing. There's no difficulty in breathing, just a bit of tightness in throat .I have tried gargling ,steam inhalation etc nothing helps. Only Vicks/ Amrutanjan helps in calming the cough ,throat and ear itch as well and only after this application I can go back to sleep. But this is not the solution, my sleep is getting affected and my work-life too. please guide.

Got covid on 19th jan mild symptoms then got fine after 5 days but now from last 3 days i got cough and upper middle chest pain even when pressing the area got xray done its comea with Hilar lymphadenopathy,doc prescribed medicine Monocef o cv Mucinac 600 Antiallergic But i froget to ask that is it ok to take pregabalin and amitriptline which i am taking for nerve pain from last 6-7 months?

Sometimes I feel vibration in my right lower lung while breathing. It happens mostly at night when I try to sleep. No pain or anything. Sometimes there's sharp(needle like) pain in deep breathes and movements that cause pressure to that area.

I have been diagnosed with the COVID a month ago and it was almost asymptomatic. But these days I'm having chest tightness or burning in the evening. Is it common to have post COVID and what is to be done for this?

Sir Patient tested COVID positive 4 days back, no major symptoms as such. Fully vaccinated and spo2 is 98-99 pulse 80. Kindly tell if xray is alright or something serious issue? How to cure it? Thankyou.

Hi My oxygen saturation is 98, do i have COPD or chances of COPD? Do I need to worry about my chest? Please suggest. Thanks

My second dose's last due date was 7th jan but due to some issues it got delayed by a month and today its 12 feb . Is it too late to take 2nd dose or not if i will take it , will its effectiveness will reduced or it will not make enough antibodies to boost immunity.

When i was a new born baby and had TOF i went through the surgery had it corrected followed up and i was totally fine. From last year june i am have difficulty breathing and heart palpitations i got scared and i had pain in shoulder upper back and neck which caused me to experience vertigo I took every test cbc lipid chest xray echo ecg there was nothing except mild opacites in right lung when i swallow i feel a lump in my throat and when i breath i dont feel its going in i have consulted 5 diff doctors had every rest but still cant reach a conclusion please help me they say these are the symptoms of anxiety but i am not sure please help me... Yeah i used to smoke and after a year of smoking i stopped it suddenly...like from 3-4 ciggarettes a day for one year to immediately 0. I feel difficulty breathing from mouth and my ent doct detected nasal congestion
