Chest & Breathing Problems

My mother recently got covid 19 infection. There was acute respiratory distress and oxygen level was 85 @ 15 Liter oxygen. She was in ICU for 7 days on NIV. Viral pneumonia with CT score 13 out of 25 was there. CRP was 108 and Tocilizumab was given. Along with this steroids and remedisevir was also given with lot of other medicines. Now she has recovered and discharged from the hospital. Xray still showing the bilateral pulmonary fibrosis. Hence doctor prescribed Nintenanib. My mother has history of hypertension and heart rate usually remains 60-65. With antifibrotic Nintenanib it is increasing to 85. What should I do? Aspist covid complications could be there what precautions should we take to avoid that? Kindly help

I was postive of Thyphoid at O = 1:160 and H = 1:80 in Widal Test. On same day I was confirmed as Positive for Covid as Confirmative Positive. My question is "Is my condition is Risk ?" What should I do ?

I have childhood asthma and sinusitis issues  allergic triggers are dust, cold weather, cold food items ,smoke etc and symptoms is shortness of breath, runny nose etc which was treated, and around 21 years of age It has attacked and was treated with nebuliser at hospital and salbutamol, and it was on and off asthma which was gone away not much issues, when I am 31 years old  from 2020 pandemic I m facing issue of shortness of breath was on SEROFLO 250 advised by my relative I was using as rescue inhaler when I feel shortness of breath I used but not continuously , in 2022 jan I got attacked with COVID19 again my shortness of breath came back by relative suggestions I used SEROFLO 250 daily 6 times and methylpredisonl 2 nights, the shortness of breath was almost 16 days,WENT TO DOC GAVE MEDICATION BUT STILL  my issue is if I am using SEROFLO I FEEL SEVER DIZZINESS, HEART PALPITATIONS, NOT ABLE TO SLEEP, INSCREASE SHORTNESS OF BREATH, PAIN IN LEFT ARM, I am worried I have heart problems

Two days back my wife is covid positive. Today I am also getting fever 102 Temperature in the morning. Afternoon 101 , take dolo 650 morning 9:00am and 3:00pm . present no temperature.lite disturbing in throat. Which medication is preferred. I and my wife both are stay in one room or not. Now she is stay in separate room. My parents are stay in one room. My children are stay in one room. I am stay in hall. My parents , children and I am also use one toilet. Is it OK or not. I am also stay in my wife staying room or not.

Hi , I have tested COVID positive last year. From last 2 week I am facing cough and breathing issue with no other symptom. I have started checking oximeter and SPo2 is ranging between 92-94 ..... I am taking steam and gargle regularly and there is some improvement in last couple of days but still facing cough issue especially at night while sleeping . At sitting posture things are easy from last few days but as soon as lay down for sleeping , there is continuous cough due to which I am unable to sleep

I have completed my treatment but doctor recommended sputum test i don't generate any  sputum since my tb was dinnosed what should I do??

I have a cough from 2 weeks. But I am not covid positive and mri is also clear. But cough is not getting any better with antibiotics or syrup. Had same issue last year it stopped after 1 month. What can be the root cause of it?

Male, Age 28.. 105kg..living in middle east It's been four years every winter I get cold, eventually cough and hemoptysis. From 2018 March! CT was taken and it was normal. Cough and hemotpysis stopped within a month. Again in 2019 winter.. 2020 winter.. 2020 again been to pulmonologist Xray was taken.. was normal.. 2021 winter also got the same (cough and hemoptysis).. been to general physician.. taken inhaler and stopped.. Now again in 2022 (present) after exposure to covid started cough and hemoptysis.. Last three years I coughed up blood only in the morning! But this time i cough less... but when I do violent cough bloody phlegm comes out.. not only morming.. sometimes at night also(unlike last three years).. I have discomfort in chest due to gerd (gas)..burp a lot.. The cough and hemoptysis lasts for two months then stops! After that I dont face any issues until next winter! No fever.. no weight loss.. Seeing my history above.. chance of lung cancer? What can it be? Again scans?

Dear Doctors, My mom 75 years has moving chest pain since 2 months.. Her ecg and echo was good so doctor suggested her stablon . Stablon also didn't work for her. So was asked to stop after a week... We recently got her chest xray done..now she has moving chest pain and headache too.. Please doctor advise what could be the issue we have shown to cardiologist and general physician too.. her esr is also 110. Doctor has given her cap caldikind plus and tab bon dk 60000.. We are feeling helpless🙏 Please guide.

She is suffering from quick bouts of breathlessness with walking. Cough and chest congestion has aggravated over three years. We can also hear sounds from her chest when her breathing is forced. In a routine check up for watery eyes, eye specialist advised range of tests (attached) to rule out Sarcoidosis. Chest x-ray, HRCT chest and Angiotensin converting enzyme and Extranuclear antibodies test show some aberrations. Is this a condition that needs immediate attention and medication?
