Having cough and some time while coughing blood comes out is it normal during treatment period or is it serious issue?

I have seen a rheumatologist for my chronic jaw and neck pain. Had few blood work and my CRP, Sediment rate, ACE markers and ebv profile is high. Sediment rate-40 CRP-17 Ana - negative RA Factor- negative Angentin I Plasma- 75 EBV IgM<36 EBV IgG-192 EBVNA IgG- 445 Rheumatologist said ACE and inflammation blood work is high, but not concerned about it. I don't know if I need to get second opinion. Whom should we see for Sarcoidoisis evaluation? Rheumatologist or pulmonologist? Is this Ace markers values ok or high ? Is this considered as Sarcoidoisis?

I am having severe cough and cold , my spo2 is 88-90%. I am not feeling short of breathe but this cough and cold is since 3rd jan. I am taking Ab phylline N, nebulizer of duolin and budecort repsules but since 2 days again coughing has started. There was a slight water in my right lung in chest x ray I have been tested covid negative twice during this period. My fasting sugar is 114 and BP is 136/74.

My husband was detected COVID positive on 18Jan. The CT value was 24. He had fever for 2days however does not have fever or any other issues except for loss of taste. He is also under medication and doctor consultation. At the moment he is fine and no indication of any other issues. He is taking all necessary precautions such as isolation, social distancing etc. When should the next RTPCR test be done and when can he resume work.

One day when i woke up I experienced sore throat and it's been around 2 weeks i feel as if something has been stuck up in my throat. Theres no pain and no blood.I have dry cough not everytime but some time. I have proper taste and smell. No breathing issues. Only yellow coloured cough which looks similar to viral flu cough. How do i treat please help. I had completed the course of azithromicin. Took it for 10 days and stopped. I don't feel any changes.I am worried. Please help.Suggest me some medicines for the same.

Hi I am suffering from spine TB its been 4 month I am taking ATT with full bedrest. Now I have started 30 min cycling so is it good option or should I drop me idea as sometime I feel pain in that particular area.My overall motive is to loose weight by physical activities and no reducing calories. Kindly suggest what to do.

Hello Sir/Mam I just wanted to have your valuable opinion in context to my brother's prolonged nasal congestion/ blockage post Covid , he had tested +ve(post complete vaccination) in the last week Of June 2021, was completely fine by the end of first week of July 2021, post which after about 2 months till date he is continuously witnessing nasal blockage and is unable to breathe completely via nose as a result he is breathing via mouth too specially at the night time,which is also interrupting his sleep.. PFT was done as per advice was satisfactory but still he is not completely okay ,was a smoker since last 15 years ,recently had Quit via 2 months dosage of Champix , now hates smoking seriously..What do u suggest can be the possible reasons for such uneasiness??

Please explain the report, all the reports of culture test are negative. The patient is previously treated with pulmonary  mdr tb but two months ago the patient had a lymph node swelling so test done. Before this the test of cbnaat is also negative

I got fever about 100 on 5 January 2021, after that i tested myself for Covid (RT-PCR) on 6th, and i tested positive. I am fully vaccinated. After 5th, I didn't get fever, rest of days  i had a lot of body pain, sometimes feels sore throat, and nothing else, my spo2 remains normal, i was taking Calpol 500 Tablet 3 times a day, Zincovit Tablet 2times a day, Limcee Tablet 3 times a day, I had serious gastric problem from my teenage, so sometimes i take Digene Tablet, on 8th day i visited my doctor, he told me take Nimulid Tablet 2 times a day and Azilide Tablet, empty stomach for 3 days, from 5th day i was doing Iodine Gargel, once Daily, i was drinking a lot of hot water from the 1st day, even i start eating Ginger from 6th Day 15-20gms a day, sometimes i takes honey with it, On 10 Day i tested Negative in Rapid Antigen Test(at Govt. Hospital), now my medicine is discontinued by my doctor, but still sometimes i feel weak, throat irritation is persisting, sometime runny nose. What to do?

Hello Dr. I was infected TB in childhood and now I'm 30 almost every winter (mostly in winter season) , I cough a lot in morning time and evening time . I try cough syrup but no relief. Any medicine , tips , Home remedies which will help me to get rid of coughing ? Please suggest. Thank you !!
