Having pain in left side of chest
Iam having pain in left side of chest and pain in left side of abdomen and chest pain is keep radiating from right and left and back of the chest from past 15 days. pain is coming and going in both chest and abdomen. Sometime pain in abdomen and sometime in chest left side or right side. No cold and no fever. Any seriousness is there? Taking these tablets now Normaxin rt, Tryptomer 10 mg, Abphyline-N etova 400, Covfit. What is the cause for it. I have attached the report below. Sputum for afb test is negative.

X-Ray Chest image is not full . So cant comment. CBC is normal Triglyceride are high.. but dont cause such symptoms.
