Chest & Breathing Problems

My 5 year old daughter is having cough since December.. It's on and off.. consulted three pediatrician.. All said wheezing.. Given nebulizer also once.. But still cough not reduced.. She is active eats and plays well..but suddenly she starts coughing. After getting up or during sleep. Sometimes at random times.. she couldn't manage for few mins.. It's continuous.. Please suggest Right course of action.. Thanks

Orthopedic surgeon doctor. I asked him as per India dots program the daily dosage is to be according to weight as she weight 85 kg (obesity), height 5.1. The doctor told my wife cannot tolerate the higher dosage and the above mentioned dosage is right for her. Please advice me on this
