Chest & Breathing Problems

Doctor I have tb ..I take my tb medicine around 9am everyday ,but one day I forgot to take it in the morning and I remember at night around 11pm so I took it that time (11pm) . Will there be any problem?

My left thumb doesn't bend completely and sometimes it causes something discomfort in my left part of chest near the middle area when i try to bend it and makes my chest very tight that discomfort passes from thumb to hand to shoulder to chest and seems something is restricting flow and causes breathing problem

I m having swelling along the right side of the sternum which covers the almost half of the upper sternum.It is very tender to touch.If I touch, the pain starts radiating to back as well.I have got MRI of the sternum done but showed everything normal.I had got one CT done few months ago and that showed joint space narrowing of sternoclavicular joint.Even walking triggers the pain. Can you help me what could this be since MRI is also normal

Lately I've been feeling some amount of shortness of breath after drinking. I'm also diagnosed with a panic disorder. I try and avoid alcohol as much as possible but occasionally when I do, how do I manage these symptoms? And can an inhaler be used while you're on alcohol? Would that help. Also what's the correlation between asthma and alcohol in general? Kindly help, thank you.

My father has Hodgkin lyphoma and undergone 11 chemo and after that he had lung infection and has triple vessel disease. Now his infection is cleared and was discharged from hospital having normal CBC reports with platelets 1.70 lakhs but when we did a CBC test after 1 week his platelets reduced to 65k and after 2 days 56k . He is under medicine clobitab and ecosprin. Doc advised to give ROMISET 250mcg injection and repeat CBC.now his platelets have increased to 77k. Wanted to know if platelets can are reduced even after infection is cleared? How many days can it take to get report normal?

I was detected Asthama in 2016. N I get seasonal allergy, dust allergy and start wheezing every year during winters. I usually use seroflo inhaler. In feb, I had wheezing and coughing and went to a doctor. He asked me if I had taken vaccine for asthama. I dint had any idea that there is vaccine for asthama. I would like to know if there is really a vaccine for asthama? What's the procedure to take? And who should get it?
