Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi I have 2 oximeter. One shows 95% and other shows 98% in the same finger. Which one is correct. How to believe which is correct. My friends oximeter showed 92% once. I went to hospital for oxygen saturation check and i checked with the electronic screen one, and there it always comes 98. How to check which one is correct. Thanks

Daily once, randomly i am getting continuous cough with white sticky fluid (phlum). I wil get relaxed when all the white sticky fluid comes out of my throat. Some times i need to forcefully vomit that to clear my throat. There is some wheezing sound when i breath in air while I am coughing. What is my issue? Whom should i consult?

My mother is taking pulmonary tb medicine from past six months. Only infections noticed but no cavities as such when detected. She is better now but read few blogs where it is mentioned that tb medicines cause lung damage and also cause secondary infections later. Is this true? What precaution to take? Pls advice.

I've to feeling slight breathlessness from past 3 days like I have to take long breaths after few seconds. Sometimes, I feel a slight pain in my chest. I consulted a local doctor and he suspected it as Air Hunger that is caused due to exertion and anxiety. He has advised me to take energy boosters. I'm a bit worried if it is some serious health issue or should I not worry much about it?
