Chest & Breathing Problems

From last 2 years I am facing a breathing problem and I am unable to complete my Yawning to full. I am having hypertension and taking BP medicines (Triolmezest) and I am having gastric problem. I consulted a doctor and undergone some medical tests and found very hard stool so doctor suggested me to take Ganaton 50, Librax 20+5 mg and VELOZ 20 mg. I am using rarely these medicines and irregular. Please help me in this regards Thank you in Advance !

After how many days of bronchitis i can stop caring about atmosphere smoke and air pollutants..and breathe freely

Sir/mam my father sudden got a fever at night 101 and after i give him a medicine fever does not reduce it only goes to 100.4 and whole night it remains same and now it reaches to 103 i gave him a dolo 650 but no effect please help me what is the reason of fever

I have allergic asthma and I use foracort-400 inhaler whenever there is breathlessness. I'm allergic to dust. Today I went to a very dusty area and probably inhaled a lot of dust, though I'm not having any problem right now but still what should I do in such situation?

28f.since 2020 Nov I have been suffering from upper back pain .Then it was only while I was in prostrate position but since 6 months it's too much whenever I sit or do work it increases and in the morning it is very much wehen I try to stretch my self. Pain site---upper back pain ,shoulder blades area,just back of chest region.when I lay down it is sone what bearable else too much pain.From few days feeling headache head full ness also .don't know if at all All These are interrelated.But tried all medications but no use visited orthopedic no use MRI normal .Blood tests normal only ESR was 28 last year this year recently done crp it was 9.9..used all types of pain killers vit d3 course calcium course exercises but no relief .unable to do any work or sit or walk for so much time.plz help me visited many doctors but no 1 is able to diagnosis the problem .in Aug 2020 I have done HRCT chest to clear my doubt of covid there was no covid but it showed bilateral minimal plueral effusion.plz hl
