Chest & Breathing Problems

My second dose's last due date was 7th jan but due to some issues it got delayed by a month and today its 12 feb . Is it too late to take 2nd dose or not if i will take it , will its effectiveness will reduced or it will not make enough antibodies to boost immunity.

When i was a new born baby and had TOF i went through the surgery had it corrected followed up and i was totally fine. From last year june i am have difficulty breathing and heart palpitations i got scared and i had pain in shoulder upper back and neck which caused me to experience vertigo I took every test cbc lipid chest xray echo ecg there was nothing except mild opacites in right lung when i swallow i feel a lump in my throat and when i breath i dont feel its going in i have consulted 5 diff doctors had every rest but still cant reach a conclusion please help me they say these are the symptoms of anxiety but i am not sure please help me... Yeah i used to smoke and after a year of smoking i stopped it suddenly...like from 3-4 ciggarettes a day for one year to immediately 0. I feel difficulty breathing from mouth and my ent doct detected nasal congestion

My chest X-ray shows Prominent bronchiovascular markings on bilateral lung field . I am supposed to do a surgery on Wednesday on General Anaesthesia. Should I need to be worried?

I've tuberculosis & also I've developed fibrotic band opacities is this same as lung fibrosis does it progress? I am really really worried please any doc give me the answer

I got relieved from mild covid last month. It was hardly for 3-4 days, But still after 15 days getting dry coughing sometimes till now . It is not frequent but still getting . There is no cold or running nose. Kindly suggest

My Dear doctors, We are from Lucknow Uttar Pradesh. My father age 62 is having issue of short/low breathing, frequent cough. In other words he can barely breathe. He is getting diagnosed locally by a doctor who advised him now to get admit ASAP. Xray report findings says ILD treatment. We are fine for this and have no issue but just want to understand how much time my father will require to improve and what would be the treatment in brief would be given to him to make him on track. I shouldn't say this but we checked out with one more 34 experience doctor who says he is not gonna ok and things will go like this till he alive. Hello, i am having chest pain from last 2 years, done HLA B27 by PCR, ecg, 2d echo, TMT and CT Coronary Angiography reports came normal. Still suffering from left sided chest pain.curent values of blood tests are HS- CRP 9.7,l Lipoprotein A 35.09, SGOT 70.9, SGPT88.4. GGT 80.9. Now doctor is asking to do 2D Echo with GLS test, would like to know your opinion

I feel breathlessness without any reason I do x ray everything is normal and ECG is also normal then why it is happen and my age is 18
