Chest & Breathing Problems

I got wheezing any after few days without any pain in chest or breathing problem after tb treatment from few months here my ct report before tb treatment. I also have runny nose every morning since childhood what it could be

I was having my medicine which is a syrup so when i was going to drink it it was half a spoon i chocked and some of the syrup when to my wind pipe i am feeling discomfort is anything serious ? will anything happen?

Every year around these months, my lungs start getting occupied with mucus and phlegm. Which results in chest inflammation, breathing inability, and continuous coughs to evacuate that phlegm. Could you please tell me the reason and permanent treatment?
