Is it pneumonia
My son is 18 months old...i have taken chest xray and attached it. He had fever fast breathing and cough. Started with antibiotics . Now WBC shows as 17900. Is it coz of pnuemonia please help me in answering my questions . Is it infection mild or severe as per xray. Thanks in advance.

May be bacterial pnuemonia. Pl admitt him in a hospital under the care of paediatric Pulmonologist.
