Chest & Breathing Problems

I'm 23 years old & I've Tuberculosis & under medication but recently I've developed pulmonary fibrosis how can I treat my pulmonary fibrosis? Is there any medicine to cure? My doctor told me that no need to worry I'm young the disease is irreversible but I'm young so it might be possible is this true? I'm very worried about, I've done some studies & I've found people with Pulmonary fibrosis lives upto 3-5 years? Is there no cure or medicine ?

What is the difference between MDI inhaler and MDI transhaler. Transhalers are used with transpacer devices but is there any other difference as well?

My husband got corona test for office purpose.he tested positive with no symptoms.his ORF1 N gene CT value is29.12 and E gene CT value is 29.96.our family also have no symptoms .my doubt is family also must get tested ?my husband should use any medicine.what to do please reply sir .

Can regular exercise help in getting rid of occasional pain/discomfort in lung after successful treatment of pulmonary TB confirmed by negative sputum test ( sample collected through bronchoscopy)? If yes any specific exercise that I should do... I really don't want to be on medicines again. My treatment got completed in July 21.

Sir i am taking tuberclosis medicines from 8 months now my report comes negative and i dont have tuberclosis now but i am having faver sonetines 99.3 and sometimes 99, and today i got 101 fever please tell me the cause of this fever why is it a concern pkease dont say to consult

My mother was admitted on 16dec with shortness of breath doctor said its pneumonia and heart is weak... In primary diagnosis he mentioned ihd, pneumonitis,htn,diabetes... After that I consulted cardiac he said there is no such problem with heart ... I m confused and tensed .. My previous doctor suggested not to stress more while walking and drink a litre of water... he recommended diuretics and other antibiotics... Please suggest..

Are allergic airway disease and Asthma both same? When I consulted a doctor he said me I am suffering from allergic air way disease.however my PFT is normal.

I have continuous breathlessness & mild chest pain since last 5 years. My local chest-specialist doctor prescribed anxiety-related medicines. They helped but only partially. I got ECHO (twice) & TMT tests done during last 14 months to rule out any major Heart problem (all tests normal/negative). Sometimes, sleeping helps. Sometimes, problem increases during sleep. This problem has restricted my life seriously, I can't exercise, play etc. Root-cause is still undetected, hence still untreated. Can someone please help/suggest what I should do ? Please help.

Doctor, i am really worried what does this means, all other things are normal in my XRAY. I feel chest heaviness sometimes while lying down, and some pain when in my sternum when i press it. Please help what can be done.

Can pulmonary TB reoccur after successful treatment and final negative report of sptum test where samples were collected through bronchoscopy ? And is it common for people who recovered from TB and completed the treatment in last one year to feel occasional pain in lung while breathing ?
