Chest & Breathing Problems

I am hving lot of wheezing episodes and cough since January 2023... Iam on inhalers and allergy tablets and nasal spray daily... My feno test value is 37, As my cough not reducing, drm advised for sputum test, Attached is the report, please anyone can tell me why is asthama not getting under control, I have episodes every 2-3 days...with wheezing. What is in sputum report...when will this settle down or it will come down or will it be like this only lifetime ? Cough and chest pain is daily symptom for me now ...with wheezing..

I am suffering from continuous wet caugh during evenings and late nights. Took Montek lc and Hetrazan did not work much. Please help

Which is better for my mother's treatment cpap or bipap please suggest to accordingly how many days should we use .is it should be used on daily life or for 1month is better?

I am not experiencing cough. I might have slight throat irritation sometimes. But I could see blood in the sputum since last 3-4 days. Everytime I spit, it was with mucus and very slight in quantity. Is it normal or only because of irritation in throat? Do I need to worry about it?

For one month  I have been suffering from breathing difficulty in the time of evening while sitting for long time . I have hay fever also. I suffer nasal blockage everyday. After putting nasal spray nose becomes open. While nostril remains open i feel breathlessness in the evening. What might be the cause?

I am under ATT from 16th March 2022. I was diagnosed with Pulmonary TB as I had a persistent fever of about 102.5 everyday (3 times) and night chills. I have the right lung pleural effusion, which has improved over the days. After the diagnosis and medications, night chills, weakness and shortness of breath has become better. In short I am doing much better than what I was undergoing when I got admitted to the hospital (11th March 2022). I am eating well and the urge to eat is there too. I weigh 66.50 and have been put under Akurit4 tablets empty stomach every morning, however every evening when I casually check my temperature..it is 99.9-100.5 I don't feel feverish at all, infact my body is not hot also yet temperature is there. I want to know how long this temperature will be there even though it has been a month now.
