Iam 25 yrs affected with covid 2tyms and my mother 60yrs affected with covid once ..can I use spirometer for breathing exercises ..we have no problem with lungs or breathing issues..just like physical exercise can we use spirometer .if so one or 3chambers..how many times a day and how many breathes

You may do spirometry with same . Do it empty stomach by both type inspiration and expiration.. but dont overstress.

There is no harm in using the spirometer if done correctly. You can do it 3-4 times a day for 10 min each.
