Chest & Breathing Problems

I have pain in chest from few days I want to know how much TB damaged my chest And how much covid damaged my chest So which CT scan should I do for both HRCT enough to know about both TB and covid Or anything else or do i need to do both CT scans?

Sir what is drug fever please tell is it common condition or uncommon do child get drug fever after antibiotic course antibiotic such as cefixime or zifi 100 please reply

My 6 year old daughter is having cough since January..it starts when she gets up.. After couple of hours she is fine.. Again in the evening around 6 she coughs.. Night time while sleeping she is fine.. But sometimes if she is sick throughout the day night also worse.. Sometimes she coughs to the extent that she vomits everything..we have consulted multiple pediatrician.. Everyone said chest congestion and suggested some medicines.. While taking medicine she is absolutely fine.. Again few days after completing course cough starts.. None of the dr suggested any test or x ray .we don't know what to do now.. Please guide to cure this for my child.. Thanks

Sir I have taken tetanus toxoid injection 36-37 hrs of little injury please tell me what should I do now as some people tell that it should be taken 23 hrs before injury so please advise sir

Sir my age is 17 years  I had taken tetanus toxoid 2 times in last 15 months means in Jan 2021 then again in September 2021 now today I got scratch in my hand should I take tetanus toxoid again or it is ok and before how much time of injury tetanus toxoid should be taken can we take it in 36-38 hrs of injury

How long (months/year)  I can take mlife tab without experiencing any side effects. Right now I am taking it from last 30 days without any side effect for my asthma

My wife has been infected with TB in the month of March and the treatment has been started immediately. Combination of rifampicin, isoniazid, ethambutol, and pyrazinamide is been given to her as per her weight. She has low haemoglobin (about 8) and iron deficiency too. And for the same , medicines are given to her ( Iron, folic acid , vitamin C ) Now from last 10 days....she is having back pain in the back and around neck. What could it be now ? What are all the test needs to be done ? TB spine ? Could it be that ? If that is the case then she is already under TB medication. Help me, please. What's the next step ? What other tests should be done, besides LFT ?

From 3 days I'm noticing that after 6 pm I'm having little shortness of breath...i have asthma and I'm taking my medicines properly but I'm feeling shortness of breath and fast palpitations...and my pulse rate is around 90-100 bpm

Sir, My wife is a patient of TB. Her treatment has started in the month of March. I'm well aware about the side effects of the TB medicines. From Feb month, her Hemoglobin level was around 8 and for that the medical specialist gave her iron medicine with Vit C , folic acid (SederOM) and she has reported iron deficiency too. Report says Iron serum - 14 against 50-170 and Transferrin Saturation - 3.26 against 16-50. For that doctor had given SederOM medicine for 2 months. Her TB medicines are continued. Now, from last 10 days she is having pain in the back and around the neck. And sometimes her body temperature rises drastically and sometimes she feels shivers or chills ( just under the fan in this summer ). Kindly help me with further diagnosis. And help me what kind of problem she might be having. And yes, which specialist should I take her to? Detailed answers are welcomed.
