Chest & Breathing Problems

I am taking tb medicine for 45 days. I live in abroad. Before going to abroad I have done my ct scan again 2days ago. Reports are attached with previous report. Is there any improvement or not? After ct scan and bronchoscopy it was diagnosed as tb. Is it safe for me travel abroad? Please help me doctor.

I was short of breathness from a long time and unable to run, walk fast and even can't hold my breath for half minute. Today gone through spirometry and I was was unable to pass just taking 75-77% in the test. Suffering from short breathing from nearly 2 years. Can you suggest me a good medical treatment/ medicine?

Suddenly got cough with white mucus in tat very small drop blood detected tat to tis the first time happend to me so kindly suggest what type of treatment is required and i hav small kids 4years baby .so please kindly suggest me the treatment procedure .

I m taking TB medication for 2 month.i have diagnosed by x-Rey and ct scan because afb test negative.my treatment at govt hospital by chest tb doctor.my ct report seen few meditinal nodes 4 mm and 3 mm.is nodes r harmful.i gain 2 kg weight in two months.

After medicine there is no fever but still having dry cough. Specially in the evening and night. when these symptoms will be reduced is this normal? Please help me Doctors

My 67 year old mother had a lung mass on her chest ct which came Metabolic active in the Pet Scan.. Endobronchial Biopsy says features of small cell carcinoma suggested.. Transbronchial lung biopsy for HPE says No malignancy seen.. Does this mean she has small cell lung cancer? Is it limited? Is it curable? Please answer 🙏 I'm struggling a lot Report Attached

I m tuberculosis patient.my treatment going for two months.Doctor diagnose tb through HRCT.becasuse Afb test negative.mantoux test postive.some one sugest second opinion to consult another one.second opinion that the ATT medication continue.after two month repeat CECT.and difference between both.first hrct scan  seen few medistinal node with density.my question is can I go CECT .please advice
