Chest & Breathing Problems

My wife dry cough lasted 2hrs for every instance daily...it almost 2 hrs continuous dry cough.. Dr did hrct which is negative.Radiograph of chest AP view showing bronchitis..she did admitted in hospital for treatment as per that reports from last 1 week but not getting any relief.. what shoul we do now

One day i was eating peanut butter crunchy and it got stuck in my food pipe..since then i was having some pain in my chest for a week. This incident happened almost 3 months back but i still feel some uneasy feeling. Sometimes I feel some kind of vibration on my lower chest region (left side) and also i been having back pain for past two weeks. Should I be worried or is it something related to acidity. My 67 year old mother had serious covid pneumonia and later developed post covid lung fibrosis in her right lung.. all doctors said that nothing had to be done about it as she had no symptoms or difficulty.. just a dry cough.. so we were living in peace.. Now One year later in a routine ct scan, she has lung mass of 3 cm and lung nodules max 9mm in her right lungs.. Did this happen because of her post covid fibrosis?? Please I need to know 🙏
