Chest & Breathing Problems

I have sharp chest pains along the right side of sternum. It's been a year.no improvements.Got breast ultrasounds, xrays, MRI of sternum, ribs, Echo, ECG came normal. i have sharp pains even after a year. no cough, no breathless so far. these pains started 2 months after covid last year.

My son's IGE level is 1689. Can it be completely cured? Does it have any relation with cancer? How seriously I should take this issue? What are the do's and don'ts to be followed?

I am adtha patient, taking montec lc tablet every night, can i drink apple cider vinegar with warm water in morning, is it problemetic yo take apple cider vinegar

I am asthma patient, I am consuming apple cider vinegar with mother vinegar 10 ml with warm water, and taking montec lc at night, is it problemetic, should I stop it, I am taking ACV to reduce weight

Left pleural fluid - since Dec2021 to still I am under the TB medicine As per Chest CT and pet CT scan relapse the TB and MYCOBACTERIUM - DETECTED LOW RIF Resistance - Not detected Daily I am having the 4 TB tablets But why its Relapse the TB

I'm experiencing bad breath from several years... visited dentist he suggested there is no problem in the mouth..pls advice me the solution

My son is almost 7 months now, he is super active and playful. Normal hight weight and looks healthy. he started coughing when he was 4.5 months, which looked like fake coughing but increased bit over the time. After 15 days We visited pediatrician who checked and said all good. 15 days passed and he devloped high fever & infection. Had chest xray, dr told LRT infection in lungs, got hospitalized for 2 days & treated with antibiotics. Post 15 days, He still do coughing manu times a day , again dr said he is all good as he is playful and didn't cough infront of the dr. Few days passed but he is still coughing, and devloped fever when we got him for outing. We r so tensed that what exactly cauing it and our son doesn't have any other lung issues.

Breathlessness after loudly talking, suddenly standing up, urinating. ECG, x ray, TB test are normal.

I have been diagnosed with sarcoidosis , and now i am feeling palpitations , fast heart rate. Should i immediately meet doctor ? Doctor please tell me am i going to die due to cardiac sarcoidosis ?
