Chest & Breathing Problems

Blood is coming through cough so went through CT scan. I have attached the report please suggest the actual problem

Hi, I have mild irritation in throst which is not always. It has sometimes. I dont have fever, body pain or weakness. Also no runny nose. Should i go for covid test?

In CT scan soft tissue attenuation and lung nodules were found.. When the doctor already did a Broncoscopy in which biopsy sample was taken.. Then why did he ask us to do a Pet Scan also? My 67 yrs old mother is afraid of it.. Are pet scans safe as they have a lot of radiation? My mom already has had 3 CT scan in the last two years.. Is this much radiation safe? Isn't biopsy report enough?

I have been facing fast heart beat , difficult breathing , then excess urination starts with full of air bubbles , water vomit with a lot of air bubbles , Oxygen level started to becoming below 90 ...85 One day it was 70 it was totally out of control.. What kind of problem it is ?. Urine test does not showing proteins

My uncle(60 yrs) having mild fever irregularly and suffered weight loss as well. Has smoking history. AFB report is negative, however chest CT scan says - 1. few enhancing nodular areas of consolidation with speculated margins, some showing central necrosis and adjacent fibrotic pleuroparenchymal bands in basal segments of bilateral lungs. The presence of the lesions is more likely to favour an infectious process like TB, however neoplastic cause cannot be entirely ruled out without biopsy. 2. Few subcentrimetric nodular lesions in the posterior segment of right upper lobe and inferior lingular segments of left upper lobe. 3. Mediastinal lymphadenopathy is something very serious?

My Pet Scan report says Metabolic active soft tissue density lesion with irregular margins in apical segment of right upper lobe likely primary neoplastic etiology.. But My Biopsy report says TBLB comprises of very tiny fibrocollagenous tissue bit with mild chronic inflammatory infiltrate and occasional submucosal glands.. No giant cells, geanumola or microorganisms seen.. No evidence of atypia or malignancy noted So what does this mean? Is my report normal? I don't have cancer? Right? Whatever I have can be treated with medication?

Biopsy saying chronic inflammation and no malignancy.. but the pet scan is saying Metabolic active soft tissue density lesion.. So what is the answer? Do I need to worry or is this normal? Please reply 🙏 I waited 12 days for the reports .. Biopsy report came good but why Pet scan is saying this? Reports attached here

During TB medicine (6 months is over and still TB medicine continue) Blood vomiting is common during TB medicine time also ? Please clarify

No medicine among 4 of ATT are tolerable to body neither in combination not in single. Mouth and throat ulcers are developed by Rifamycin. There is a huge weakness and tired feeling to the patient. How to treat this?
