Pneumonitis left midzone plus diabetic from 15 years on tresiba insulin. Please advise what antibiotics he should be on

My fathers age is 81.after suffered from fever, sneezing, watery eyes etc now coughing continuously.pl suggest best treatment to stop coughing.

I m tb patients.i attach x-rey.how much infection.my mantoux test positive.ct also done.ct report is density is seen in left lingular lobe and adjacent fibrotic band and thicken brochial wall in the regions/o bronchitis.

I have been feeling some kind of bubbles bursting in my chest region for past month.. Is it related to acidity or should I take a scan to check further

In which lung do lung cancer happen most? Right lung or Left lung? I'm asking about overall most cases.. Please reply

I was confused with pectus excavatum and. Horse show pectus but now i came to know about it that i have horse shoe pectus and abnormal  posture with thin hands , i suffered from primary spontaneous pneumothorax 4 years back , may be this was the cause, my ct scan Is totally normal but my chest is deformed in such a way that the line where chest divides has dent but other two sides is more enhanced, sometimes i have breathing problems and heart discomfort In such a way that i rush to hospital but again x ray comes normal I am tired of this that i am facing breathing and heart discomfort but every report is normal This is because i have pectus arcuatum (horse shoe pectus) I don't want to undergo surgery Plzz guide me to get rid of this

Is small cell carcinoma a type of squamous cell carcinoma? Does small cell carcinoma develop in 6 to 12 months or does it take years to develop?

My previous and recent ct scan reports and FNAC report are attached. I'm on tuberculosis medicine for 50 days. Done my ct scan again after 50 days. Is there any improvement in my report? I have to travel abroad. Please answer my question doctor I'm very worried. I have no fever now but still having dry cough. ESR is 32 now please help me doctor.

Hi me and my husband are two dose vaccinated.but i have tested positive for second time COVID on last Tuesday.   while I was experiencing body pains two days earlier. Later got fever for a day and mild symptoms were there. Later on Wednesday my husband also developed symptoms. It was the first time he got. We isolated in a same room. My symptoms have subsided and I'm normal but still it is positive today. It's been like 5 days I'm isolated. But my husband still has feverish and  congestion in nose and sore throat and cough. It's his third day of isolation Can we still stay in same room..does it effects recovery..how long we need to isolate
