Chest & Breathing Problems

My mom having cough since 2 months, went to ENT no luck, if she walks for 5mts she is getting breathlessness and have to sit or lay down for sometime. Done few tests came ESR 60 and later 75 BP is 150/90 Plz suggest

I get infected from covid before a year .I feel always suffocated since then .My nose always been blocked and some weird type of irritation I usually feel .I don't have any complain of cough ,sneezing but persistent nose block .I visited ent specialist in max Delhi and done septoplasty before a month but no improvement. I visited pulmologist in AIIMS Delhi. They gave me Foracort inhaler but no improvement. Blood reports are normal . I feel suffocated through out the day . What may be the reason because of either nose or respiratory issue. Please suggest what to do.

My uncle suffered from pulmonary tb.after 4 months of ATT course he devloped fever in evening which causes decrease appetite.is fever is normal in tb patients after 4 months course.kindly suggest me.

I was confused with pectus excavatum and. Horse show pectus but now i came to know about it that i have horse shoe pectus and abnormal  posture with thin hands , i suffered from primary spontaneous pneumothorax 4 years back , may be this was the cause, my ct scan Is totally normal but my chest is deformed in such a way that the line where chest divides has dent but other two sides is more enhanced, sometimes i have breathing problems and heart discomfort In such a way that i rush to hospital but again x ray comes normal I am tired of this that i am facing breathing and heart discomfort but every report is normal This is because i have pectus arcuatum (horse shoe pectus) I don't want to undergo surgery Plzz guide me to get rid of this
