I was diagnosed with sarcoidosis in the year 2019 and took steroids for 1 year after which it relapsed 2 times. Recently I got covid also and was getting recurring fever and cold. So doctor asked me to take fuarix tetra vaccine to avoid flu. I have take other flu vaccines in past but there were no side effects but this time i am having too much joint pain and mild fever. So can i take any pain medicines? Please help me with appropriate steps

My father's X-ray report says Pnumonitis. He has consulted 2-3 doctors. But no relief in coughing. All night coughing, upper body pain, loss of appetite, weakness is increasing after every night. Also a few days back lower platelets were detected. Difficulty finding the real cause. What test or dr should I consult. Lungs or liver.

Hii doctors , Please find my attached X-ray report and tell me is it normal or not. Symptoms: cough since 25 days. Cough with vomit ( 90% times ). Only 1 or 2 time cough daily ( lasting rarely 3-5 minutes ) abdomen and chest pain ( mild to moderate). Weightloss 78 to 65 in 3 months. I had a high fever (103.5) and now it's normal.I complain about coughing while i breathe out or when i talk.I started mucolite which i feel is helping but i feel itchy.Also because of the high fever i had to start antibiotics.I got a headache when i had a fever but it still continues and it only goes for a bit when i do steam and hot fermentation so i can't understand if it is a sinus attack.
