Breathing issues

I am 90 kilo male of height 5'10 I usually get some breathing issues that are difficult to explain . So bulgum always comes in my mouth . And i feel like i am having breathing difficulty but mostly oximeter reading is ok. Yes sometimes it dips to 92 . I am having bulging stomach . Yes i eat a lot of junk food. Can my stomach be causing difficulty breathing. Also i feel slight tension on my chest. I am confused , is this really pulmonolgy issue ?

Hi 28f...in 2020 Aug did hrct chest to rule out covid but no covid but it showed bilateral minimal plueral effusion and infective etiology. Now I am getting chest X-ray single view post covid .my query is will chest X-ray single view show the bilateral plueral effusion if any or else do I need to take any diff X-ray

Quickly tired and breathlessness

Hi, I got covid positive and its been 10 days i got negative. I have one problem which i am facing since few days after getting negative. I am getting tired quickly after long walk as well and after getting tired i get mild breathlessness which becomes normal after some rest. I co sulted pulmonologist and he said everything is normal. I got chest xray, d-dimer and CRP tests and all are normal. I did 6 mnt walking test and my spo2 is 98 always. I am bit worried about getting tired quickly and breathlessness after that. Please help me. Is it post covid effect? Thanks
