Chest & Breathing Problems

I had mediastinal lymph node tb. Both my ct scan it attached. 1st in August and other is after 6 month of medicine in January

It's been almost 3 months my voice is changed it's difficult to speak and now I am having chest pain and thick cough even after taking so many medicine my fever is not going away and I have severe body pain I have to take painkillers everyday... I also having chest pain during breathing in the lower left side.. Is it possible I have some kind of lungs infection?

My husband was a tuberculosis patient. He has mediastinal lymph node tb it was detected by CT guided biopsy. My both reports are attached no 1 is previous ( from Apollo Kolkata) no 2 is present from( Fortis Kolkata). doctor aslo did his pft test because the problem is he has occasional cough. Like every day after 2 to 3 hours of gap he feels some tickling sensation or a some kind sensation in throat nd cough. So I'm but worried doctor. What is in the pft test? Doctor says he has small airways that's the reason. But some doctor said his pft test is normal it's just because of poor efforts. Some time he also have sneezing and runny nose. But my tension is his occasional cough. Please help me 🙏

My husband was a tuberculosis patient. He took 9 months of medicine. After ct guided biopsy it was determined he has mediastinal lymph node tb.In last CECT it shows lymph node had reduced. But sometimes he faces occasional cough so doctor did this PFT test. My husband's recent problem is after every 2 to 3 hours he feels some tickling sensation or some kind of sensation in throat cough. He also like every day have runny nose sneezing. But I'm thinking about this occasional cough.Why this is happening doctor please help? Pft test shows he has narrow airways. Is this the reason? Or this PFT test report is just his poor efforts?

I am having PAH from 3 years. It was mild initially and now it became severe. I was using assurance later doctor prescribed endobloc t kit. after using endobloc t , there is discomfort while breathing and some pressure under chest right side

AB FLO N twice in a day and Montair AB once in a day can be taken together as prescribed by a chest physiotherapist. Is it safe? Because both of the medicines contains almost same formula.

Request for a general medicine doctor or pulmonologist who can please help do home visits to review my mother. She is immobile now and on catheter and oxygen support. Please let us know if there is help available. Many thanks 🙏
