I am under treatment of a pulmonologist for Asthma and Rhinitis for 3 months, now I am suffering from sore throat, cough and cold and fever. Whom should I consult, that exact pulmonologist or any general physician?

Pain in left lower back
Yesterday i am diagnosed with left dome of diaphragm is elevated with costophrenic angle is blunted. I never smoked. My TLC, DLC, ESR,HB all are absolutely normal. But i have pain in left lower back when breath deeply. What treatment for this. Is it a serious condition ? Plz reply

Wheezing byCold/exercise
Hi, I get regularly shortness of breath due to cold air or exercise. I use beoncho dialator (100 mg budamate) to get full breathing capacity.
Can you suggest some foods or health activity that will help preventing the symptom in the first place. I regularly do 8km+ runs twice a week.
