Chest & Breathing Problems

I am having mucus problem from long time around 8 years which is unbelievable. In my throat White colored mucus which is very smooth is always getng produced & nowadays it has become extreme. I have to remove it every few mins, and because of that cough also comes. Please help..

I feel heaviness in my chest while breathing , it leads to suffocation. Yawning help to ease but the shallow breathing continues. I've also observed a little swelling on my neck in the centre right below my collar bone. I also suffer from occasional nausea and vomiting usually when iI am having a bad neck pain.

The cough occurs mostly when she goes to sleep, particularly on her right side. We had consulted general physicians and ent specialists who said this is due to an allergy and there is no cure except for symptomatic relief. The cough worsens when certain medicines like evion 400 or even alex cough syrup is taken at night. she is taking amcard 2.5 daily for high bp.

My wife had an ESR Test done. And the result was 40mm/hr. Does this mean she has a TB infection? What is the range of ESR IN case of an infection?

Last week I caught cold while travelling in train. I take 'cheston cold' but of no use. I have been a chainsmoker past 6 years. I fear there might be some internal infection because of cough and smoke.I fear i might have lung or throat cancer. plz suggest good hospital in & around 'chinchwad, pune' for full diagnostic.
