Chest & Breathing Problems

Feel breathless after small physical activity. Quit smoking 2 years before. Was diagnosed cops 4 years ago

Chest pain. Shortness in breathing. Palpitation. Drowsiness. Try tongue. But xray chest, ecg,ecogram, tmt are normal but problem is always continue. Happen most of the time at midnight while sleeping

What i meant by Pleural based homogeneous soft tissues opacities. CT Scan reports say like this - Two Pleural based homogeneous soft tissues opacity of about 44.7mm*18.3mm in posterior & lateral basal segment and 55.5mm*26mm in posterior and medial basal Segment right lower lobe. And one small soft tissue opacity about 12.5mm*3.9mm in superior segment of left lower lobe seen. No calicification on any lucent area seen in masses. - no hillar lymphadenopathy seen. - no pleural effusion , thickeining or calcification seen. Please suggest what does it mean.

I have heavy chest pain wile breathing. Shown to doctor and did all tests but nothing found and still pain is there. First thought gastric problem but nothing, xray is fine, ecg is also fine. Still heavy chest paint while breathing. Pain is there on center to right side of chest. No doctors and giving me right diagnosis and giving me gastric and pain killer tablets. But still pain is high even though pain killer is taken. Did the test like blood test with culture, xray, ecg, ultrasound and all are fine. Please let me know what is my problem.

My mother is about 45 years of age. We just discovered she has been suffering from sarcoidosis by x-ray and CT scan of lungs. She didn't start taking the treatment yet... We are about to start treatment from allopathy... What would you people prefer...? Should we start treatment from allopathy or ayurveda...? I realized that there is no cure for this disease, but please suggest me something which is more effective.Her initial symptoms were severe dry cough and reoccurring fevers for about 3-4 months.We stay in bangalore. Please suggest me something good and is this disease deadly...? Is biopsy necessary for treatment..? Because we are very scared.

Sir, my father aged 62 years recently encountered with breathing problem and now after treatment with doctor,,breathing problems is somewhat ok but his coughing continues .After 1 month suddenly at night gas coming out of his mouth and also pain the chest at same time. When he went to the toilet,he felt somewhat ok and fine,no pain. He is hospital now in Siliguri. Doctor says he heart is weak. I want to consult with doctors in south india. I am having left side chest pain for past two months I have under gone echo, ecg,chest x-Ray,TMT test,lipid profile,usg,abdominal ct-scan all reports were normal I feels the pain 4 to 5 times a day I don't know what to do how to over come this problem I have started doing physical exercises too but no improvement in my condition.
