Pleural Soft Tissues CT S
What i meant by Pleural based homogeneous soft tissues opacities. CT Scan reports say like this - Two Pleural based homogeneous soft tissues opacity of about 44.7mm*18.3mm in posterior & lateral basal segment and 55.5mm*26mm in posterior and medial basal Segment right lower lobe. And one small soft tissue opacity about 12.5mm*3.9mm in superior segment of left lower lobe seen. No calicification on any lucent area seen in masses. - no hillar lymphadenopathy seen. - no pleural effusion , thickeining or calcification seen. Please suggest what does it mean.
