Dry cough: soft tissue in mediastinum
My father recovered from Covid on May 14. Everything was normal unless after a week cough started. Consulted doc and we continued with Post covid therapy considering it was post Covid cough. After a month when cough persisted, we again consulted with a new CT report. The report mentioned as below . Well defined soft issue density lesion in the middle mediastinum subcarinal located in the right Side causing mass effect on the right main bronchus. Please let me know what is the cause and how to proceed.

You’ll need to consult someone for proper evaluation and treatment plan. The mass most probably will require a biopsy.
