Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello i am 20 year old male weighing 79 kg ..i am fat and from few months i am observing that the shape of my chest is changing and becoming fat ..i dont know why this is happening ..is this gynecomastia? Need advise help

At times i will have pain near breast bone or in the breast whenever i strech my hands.their is no siluch lump which i can feel and i wil hav back pain as well.

I am feeling burning on chest or around the chest from a year. I had done with 2Decho,ecg,endpscopy and x-ray tested but everything is normal. Even I consulted gastroenterology, general physician, cardiologists after testing that said it is normal but till now I have burning everyday. I don't know what to do. Could any one please suggest. Why am I experiencing a low Spo2 during sleep for a few seconds, even while there is no momentary breathing stop? The breathing pattern is normal but yet the value suddenly decreases and reach 85?? Is it ok.. Am on nebivolol and digoxin..

Having very bad expectorant cough since past 15 days. The expectorant is clear in colour. There is no fever. Along with that have rales/breathing sounds sometimes. Aggravates very badly after exposure to pollution (during travellin in traffic) and after eating ( sometimes the increased cough causes mild vomiting after having food). Have tried a course a augmentin, viltacef (cephalosporin) but no improvement. Have been taking ambroxol along with all home remedies since 2 days, but there is no.improvement.Please suggest

I am diagnosed copd and emphysema, six months back. In my CT scan, the doctor found, hypotenuse lesion 2 cms in lateral segment of right middle lobe. I consulted DS cancer research centre,bangalore. They are giving ayurvedic medicines for the last five months, suspecting, that it may be cancer. In these six months, there was no change in lesions size. My doctor in puttaparthi, is saying that it is not cancer and to discontinue medicines for cancer. I am in dilemma, what to do. Please advise me.
