Inside breast Lump and pain. Effected breast Looks bigger than the other one. Can't even touch , it hurts..

Hello. At this age lump in breast may due to fibroadenoma breast which is benign, or any other mass which may be malignant. Clinical examination is needed to differentiate between them. Please follow up in clinic.

Lumpectomy It involves removal of tumor with  bit the adjoining normal breast plus the lymph glands of the armpit. Modified radical mastecomy It involves removal of the entire breast & tissues of the armpit. Radiation therapy- This is increasingly being used. Chemotherapy - It involves not only the destruction of cancer cells but also the normal cells.    Thanks,10.01.2017
