Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi Doctor, My father is having Heavy cough problem, other person who is sleeping along with him, he/she will not get proper sleep, i have visited to many doctors and gave him different medicines, some says it's Bronchtise asthama, some has given General Cough Medicines, father used all sort of Rotahealer/Medicnes, However he is not cured at all. Request your suggestions. Please help me to sort out cough problem.

I have suffering from open MDR ,AFB sputum,Can I do travel to heavy hill station? There is any problem .

Had an operation in the left side of chest 10 years back when I was a child due to a swelling originated which was diagnosed to be of poisonous character. Hence was successfully operated. Now after all these years, I feel sudden pain for 3 seconds at max in the affected region like a needle pointing from within. But there's no pain when I press the region myself. Please suggest what to do.

I have this problem because of genetic. At first time my breast started to become hard. Then, within a month it grows up. Then, within a year it grows up completely. It starts to grow up when I am 13 years old. At 14 years it grows up completely.
