Chest & Breathing Problems

I was feeling pain in my shoulder, I got the x-ray of chest in that report, Right apical area shows a small radiopaque area? Pleural thickening

I have been facing breathing problems from past few years. Earlier the frequency was less so I ignored bt now it seems to have increased. There is no nasal congestion. Have to take deep breath by exerting a pressure on lungs it seems. It feels as if during inhalation the air is blocked . It is accompanied with pain also.

From yesterday i am having cough and chestpain. Please suggest me some general medicin. I was unable to sleep properly last night.

I have pain in shoulders from past few weeks right shoulder from arm pit to covering my Breast. And I feel something hard inside when touched. Which is only in right Breast not in left which is scaring me. I even  feel pain when I stretched my neck and touch my breast too I dint not contact and doctor till now regarding this I don't have any medical problems other then body heat which goes to extinct. Please provide me the answer for my issue regarding the pain as soon as possible

Sir I would be having a surgery in tmh Mumbai, should I go for it and are the tmh surgeons best for my case.

Good Day I have problem form last 1 month. I dont know what is that i have some time sharp chest pain and shortness of breath like. From last two day i have a a pressure in under the middle of the chest below heart . Its very irritating its not a pain just a pressure with shortness of breath like i have to force and try more to inhale the air inside. Its occure more when i eat or drink something. Some people says its a gastic problem or the muscular one but i am not sure what it is .

Hello, Iam having pain in my ribs specially in the center and mostly when I change position from one to other. Also suffer upper back pain. Iam a feeding mother also. Got my entire body checkup done in aug 2016 and everything was normal except vitamin D deficiency.

Stops breathing as if wind was knocked out of me takes allot of effort to take the breath what's wrong with me and can I die

1- Chronic continuing productive cough accompanied by phlegm (mucus) since 1986 causing chest infection and bronchiectasis. (Note: during long time of her diseases she has not obtained correct diagnosis). 2- She has also allergies rhinitis, drop nose, recurrent fungus, weakness in immunity system, tonsillitis and susceptible to inflammations. 3- She took a lot of antibiotics and antihistamines medicines for long time but her condition has not improved because we have not got the correct diagnosis. 4- She has begun suffering with asthma and difficulty in breathing since 2013 And it seems that the asthma symptoms are just a result of her pulmonary disease which has not got accurate diagnosis. 5- She took MDI metered dose inhalers for 18 months in 2014 and 2015 and montelukast for 1 year but without significant improvement.

Chest pain from a week. Has acidity and blood sugar level is 107 fasting. ECG pic attached. Please recommend
