Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi, I am a sixteen-year-old female, and I have been suffering from chest pain for a while now. I do not know exactly how long, but I believe it has been at least a year. The pain will come suddenly, and then leave suddenly as well after having been there a few minutes. I have noticed that usually it hurts in the evening, but I am not sure if that is because I am simply too busy other times to notice. Along with that, when I eat, it hurts in my upper chest to swallow. It feels like my esophagus isn't large enough or something, and sometimes it hurts so much I have to pause and clutch my chest to try to get the food to go down. What is this? I do not think this is related, but just in case, I have had moderate scoliosis since I was born.

Hello , my name is Deepak Kochar, i m 19 year old. I have been i doubt whether i m having gynocomastia or not. It's on minimum level but it doesn't looks good when i m shirtless. I have drop down my body fat but it didn't helped, thus i think maybe it's gynocomastia.

Doesn't feel like I am breathing fully, deep breathing is almost impossible unless I'm almost yawning. So I'm mostly breathing with mouth from 3 days. There is slight chest pain, but no other symptoms.

I have been having cough for 12-14 days.. I have dust allergy. I considered a physician a week ago.. And with his perscription I am having Macpod 200 , Montek LC and a syrup Rapitus plus. But from last two days i am having fever.. And i am feeling very weak ..

I had a ct done spots showed on my lungs but spots dont show on xrays. What could this be? I am always tired i am coughing up thick sticky mucus with blood i have pain in my rib area a d i am short of breath

My son aged 20 years. Detected with Lymph node TB, 45 days ago. Then Doctor started Anti-TB Medicine (AKT4) continued for 27 days. Then treating doctor STOPPED 3 out of 4 drugs (due to High AST and ALT level) and only Ethambutol=1200 with addition of Livofloxacine 750 continuing till today. It is continuing for last 15 days. But Fever continuing last 39 days irrespective of AKT4 and change of medicine thereafter. Gene Xpert Report- DETECTED Mycrobacterium Tuberculosis , and NO Refampicin RESISTANCY. His SGPT & SGOT LEVELS are changing as follow: BEFORE SGPT SGOT DAYS ALT AST 26 125 184 17 302 285 (AKT-4-4 STOPPED after this) 10 190 135 3 161 135 My questions: 1) In which level should AST & ALT to come down to SATRT AKT-4 again? -2) After STOPPING of AKT-4 and replacing it with Ethambutol=1200 + Livofloxacine 750 (for 21 days or more) ::- a) Can new medicines control TB to spread Further to Brainor other vital organs?

Hi Doctor, My father is smoker for last 20 years and currently having breathing problems.. Is there any medical process available which can clear lungs and make him better (other than regular medicines)? Currently he reduced smoking, but having breathing problems

My grandmother had breathing issue and very often she used to feel sick. when we did CT scan for lungs, we came to know left lungs has stopped functioning and a tumor has been developed. In hometown doctor has recommended for not to get it operated due to age factor ( 82 years). Surviving chances are less. Currently he has prescribed some medicines to use it. Please advise for the next management.

I feel difficulty in breathing and my lungs feel sore and heavy. I don't have cough, but the suffocation makes me cough. Also it creates a compression pain exactly at the back of the chest in the centre near the T8 spine area.I get mild fever often. But Xray is clean

I'm suffering asthma from childhood now I am in 50 using inhalers it gives me good relief. Shall I use balms in chest area? I am using vicks and getting good feeling can you suggest any other balms?
