Chest & Breathing Problems

I have been dry cough problem and throat infection since one month. X ray report of chest is normal. 5 days tthree times Amoxicillin625 mg intake.Also taken dry cough syrup contuniosly. Still problem persist. In night hours cough problem in peak level

I just had sputum 4 years back but it was little red in that, I dont have chest pain and now i have normal sputum

I've been having a constant headache since yesterday and i took medicine for it and now i'm a bit okay but from yesterday afternoon i'm having a lot of upper-chest pain and i feel that i'm unable to breathe comfortably.Please help.

My mother has been suffering from respiratory problems from past 5-7 years ... she consulted a doctor and was diagnosed with C.O.P.D. and she underwent a treatment for the same ... Even today she takes a capsule using an Inhaler whenever She has breathing difficulty... Now She wants to visit chardham (Badrinath-kedarnath) and considering the high altitude and extreme weather conditions ... Would she be all fine if she goes there ... Kindly Advise ... Thanks.

Last year I was suffering from TB and after that I completed treatment for 9 month as doctor suggested and in final check up every thing was fine.
