Chest & Breathing Problems

Since last week I am suffering from cough and feel stored cough in chest .uneasy for brithing Xrey normal ecg normal Please suggest medicine

Cough and khashi from 1year .several treatment but no problem is as it. Cough specially I'm morning hours after wake then whenever I m go to out side this is very frequent

Got slipped in bathroom . due to slip in bathroom patient got multiple ribs fracture on right side of chest. and got pleaural cavity enfussion in right side. after that drain done through syringe suction after that ICD tube insertion done . it's been 1 month blood fluid isn't stopping. and at times patient got severe vomiting and hiccups. all the doctors are just giving antibiotic and other Dns material no one is able to curead totally.

Just below my breast at the corner right and left side, suddenly a slight pain occurs which turns really painful.. Generally it occurs when I sleep on my either sides and it goes away as soon as I sleep straight. Can anyone say me the reason for this sudden pain.. Hi I am a 26 year old Indian student in Germany and I was diagnosed with tuberculosis(not drug-resistant) and have been quarantined till I test negative on the sputum smear test..I have tb in my lungs and the doctors say the infection is high...My symptoms(weight loss,fever,night sweats) have gone now and physically i feel fine but it is the 25th day of medication and the sputum test is till 4+ positive..Is that normal?I am aware it takes time to be negative but shouldnt it have improved to 3+ or 2+ by now?

I have a mild chest pain (usually felt while taking a deep breath) on the left side from a couple of days. Also pricking pain above trachea when touched.
