Chest & Breathing Problems

I am 16 years old . I am having this problem since the last 2-3 years . Please let me know how do i get rid of them? Please give me an exercise and a diet plan

Only at night for approx. an hour I get short breathing, whistling and heavy cough also get heavyness in chest and irritation in throat. It's been around 2 years. It's irrespective whether I m on bed or not.

I have seen lump in underarms from last, 5 days. Size is same nt increase. but it's painful. Which doctor I should consult for this

I get pain in the outer left side of my chest. I have had these problems before, but they were always far and few between. Recently it has been happening more frequently. I only have the pain when i take deep breathes or completely empty my lungs. For this reason i fear it may be lung related.

Since past few months I have been suffering from breathlessness , specially in the morning , got consultation from one of chest physician of my city, he took my lungs function test and diagnosed mild small airway obstruction and concluded acute bronchitis as well as suggest sleep apnea test (sleep study ) my current weight is 135kg and I was heavy snoring problem since 10 years , now I am taking doctors prescribed medication every morning when feel breathlessness (Airtec FB400 containing Formoterol Fumarate and Budesonide powder for inhalation I.P. (6mcg + 400mcg) , two times in a day , now it comes to single dose in a day ,after inhale this i feel better all over day till next morning, does it meant to be Asthama ? I am scared coz feeling of breathlessness is worst situation. I request you please let me know what should I do and where I get best treatment , thanks

It had been 2 month now since I pulled my right chest muscle and I hasn't recovered yet...I think my last workout had pulled the muscle and strained it...

Hi I am having trouble with bad night sweats there that bad it's like someone have thrown a bucket of water over me the room is not hot it is rather cold really I am also suffering with a pain every now and then that just creeps up and becomes quite unbearable the only thing that relieves it is drinking cold liquid it is in the middle of my chest like a golfball I also have the constant taste of salt in my mouth could all these be connected they have all been happening around 2-3 weeks I have not had any other checks done and I have not lost no weight that I am aware of

There was a red spot on my breast for a few days but it Wass not inflamed and I saw today it was a pimple and when I squeezed it puss was released what does this indicate?

From september month im experincing breast pain wenever i use mobile phone..my previous phone was having more sar value radaition..so i bought a new mobile..first 5 days didnt had any pain now the pain startedt while using mobile..mostly pain is on left breast rarely right.. if i dont use mobile i dnt get any mobile..then if i watch tv at night slight pain in let side comes..is this a symtom of big probem..

I have swelling and pain in my front lower rib cage from a month which sometimes gives burning sensation. The pain also goes to stomach sometimes. I had some blood test and ultrasound which were normal. Please help
