Chest & Breathing Problems

I'm having contenuios hiccups from last 1 year, sudden choke in neck, sudden headache sometimes, sometime feel high acidity, feels like there is something inside my throat, feel heavy while swolloing foods, hight coughing problem, and also while sneezing feel sudden pain on upper back side. Bit confused where is the issue, please guide which doctor should I consult. Awaiting revert!!

Hi I am 26 years old from past few days I am suffering from chest and shortness of breath this is not a continuous process but still sometime I feel the above issue. I have done ECG - Normal Spirometry-Normal Chest x-ray - Normal Endoscopy- Moderate Gastritis issue. I feel chest burn also some as something got stuck in my chest. Please help I am in trouble. I have visited many doctors they say Its due to gas and acidity. Please help to treat this issue . I cannot travel nor I am able to work.

I am 59 years woman. Having severe headache most of the time in a day. I recently have coughed blood 4-5 times a day.
