Chest & Breathing Problems

I am 25 years old. Since last night I am feeling burning sensation in my chest. I have acidity problem also so may be because of that. I do smoke 2-3 cigarettes a day. Can you please help me on this. What should I do?

I have lump in my breast and I want to know which Doc should I prefer to go. Normal Gynecologist and obstetricians will be good to cure the problem????? I am 28yrs old and just 8months before delivered a baby. I am breast feeding now

I have Bronchitis which I came to know after chest x ray in delhi. I consulted a doctor in delhi. he told me to take medicine for 10 days and it will be treated. Now I came back to work in pune and already took medicine for 10 days. What should I do now. shall I again undergo chest Xray to know status? or anything else I am confused.

My wife has been having pain in chest (centre) for the past couple of weeks. Generally feels it in the morning after waking up and sometimes in evening after returning home from office and completing household chores. She is reluctant to visit a doctor but I am insisting to get a checkup done. Please suggest.

Too much problem in breathing.Due to which body become weak.Also problem in speaking. Breathing problem is very old which includes sneezing,nasal etc. Medicine like budamate 200 is helpful sometime.

Right chest is getting large. It started around 4 years back but grew very little bit but then it stopped. But now for the past month iy seems to be growing again. It seems like muscle knot - pain is generated when i sleep on right of the body- or when right chest is pressed Left side is normal.

I have been having some trouble breathing since quite some time. Most of the times, it is nothing but sometimes I have to wait and breath air deeply through my mouth 2-3 times to feel normal/full again. From time to time, I also feel a slight sensation of pain in my chest. Very slight, but it does happen, on the left upper side. Side note: I have had historically high hemoglobin, (in the ranges of 17-18.4, I got checked by a hematologist who did blood tests and it came back all clear). I am a 20 year old male with normal weight and height.

I have cough, everytime i cough my stomach down part always hurting also my chest,not just normal ache. What do you think the problem with me?

I have been  smoking from past 3yrs and sometimes I was getting a sudden pain in my left chest almost on heart,the pain was like shock in my chest and at that time there was no chances of taking full breath if I tried to take full breath the pain will increase,so that I used to stop breathing at that moment and it will set by itself,so what was the reason?

I have pain on my back and feel trouble whenever I try to take long breath since three days.also having problem in latrine.
