Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello, Iam having pain in my ribs specially in the center and mostly when I change position from one to other. Also suffer upper back pain. Iam a feeding mother also. Got my entire body checkup done in aug 2016 and everything was normal except vitamin D deficiency.

Stops breathing as if wind was knocked out of me takes allot of effort to take the breath what's wrong with me and can I die

1- Chronic continuing productive cough accompanied by phlegm (mucus) since 1986 causing chest infection and bronchiectasis. (Note: during long time of her diseases she has not obtained correct diagnosis). 2- She has also allergies rhinitis, drop nose, recurrent fungus, weakness in immunity system, tonsillitis and susceptible to inflammations. 3- She took a lot of antibiotics and antihistamines medicines for long time but her condition has not improved because we have not got the correct diagnosis. 4- She has begun suffering with asthma and difficulty in breathing since 2013 And it seems that the asthma symptoms are just a result of her pulmonary disease which has not got accurate diagnosis. 5- She took MDI metered dose inhalers for 18 months in 2014 and 2015 and montelukast for 1 year but without significant improvement.

I am having coughing problem from last 4 months also facing difficulty in breathing from last 2 months. All tests recommended by doctors have been done. All reports including chest x ray, IGE, ACE are normal. Only problem is with ESR. my ESR is 40. Please advise what is the main problem i am facing.

I'm getting symptoms of gynecomastia for the past 3years. It's the early stage and my chest muscles have been bulging. Is there any medication or exercise that I can do to reduce my chest fat and regain my structure? I feel so uncomfortable with this.

Sir, I am not able to breathe (Inhale) properly which for me is no satisfaction in inhaling and a feel that breathe could be deep. For this I yawn regularly (once a minute). Continue feel an obstacle during inhale.

I have more cough in my chest . I eat somthing hot . And few min after i have cough in my mouth please tell me how i have remove my cough in chest . This problem is 10year old

I have been having severe wet cogh for last 3 days.. have tried azithromycin tablets, benadryl and brozedex syrups.. no relief.
