Chest & Breathing Problems

I've been having severe pain in my chest from few days. Sometimes it hurts when I breathe and i feel like vomiting.

I have diagnosed with mild pleural effusion.I have given antibiotics to be taken for 3 days .Pain near right upper abdomen(below right lungs) and now pain started in right chest also.But intensity is reduced.Pain during breathing at sleep is reduced.still pain during deep breathe /yawning/belching/laughing persists.

My mother is having chest pain since January 2017 till date. All the blood test i.e. CBC, LFT, KFT, E CG, Ultrasound ABDN, Thyroid are negative, except X-ray which shows infection in the left lung. CT scan states that upper left lobe is collapsed. No heart problem, no sugar problem and no BP problem. Based on the recommendation of the Doctor medicine i.e. Macox Plus, Pyzinia 1000, Combutol 800 & Durapain are being taken since last two months. There is no finding in the Bronchoscopy. AFB Negative, Sputum Negative but only X-ray shows infection is increasing even after taking the above medicine for two months. Sometimes Chest Pain is little bit decreasing (occasionally) and as per the doctor (by seeing the X-ray done after taking two months medicine) infection in lung is increasing. As of now, my mother is feeling weakness and also not eating properly. May please suggest any further action if any or wait till the medicine respond so that any improvement can be seen the matter.

HI, (aged 39 m )i am not able to breathe from last 2 days...i feel its not going deep inside till lungs, felt it stops by chest...when i take long breathe only, sometimes it reaches to lungs ..i feel. Apart from this i am getting burps and with hot air. getting burning feeling through out centre of lungs..... whom to consult and what needs t be done..? is it beacuse of formation of gas in stomach..pls advice

Have a fever chest hurts bad. Coughing up mucus,light headed.hurts when I breath. Real weakness​ don't Know what to do

I have constant cough.i ve undergone treatment with antiobiotics but after stopping antiobiotics cough came again.

I have been facing shortness of breath all the time. It is not specific to my posture but more intense while walking. I lose breath while walking distances and also while carrying weights. Due to this my heart doesn't pump enough blood too. I have always been skinny, but I'm the past year due to poor quality of food in hostel I've grown even skinnier. I do not smoke. While taking big breaths, when forced upon, the lower side of the right chest pains as if some pin is poked inside.

My nails of hands getting blue some time n getting feel blockage in my throat ncough what i should do my age is 22 years.

I hv cough for last 10-12 days, I hv already got some homeopathic medicines but still I hv nd I hv got some yellowpathic medicines as well on the prescription of a doc.But I am thinking if it would be TB decease. I don't hv any symptoms either regarding I hv gone through some websites. Sir plz sujjest me ....I have light cough though , but something get worse.......

I've had a chest infection now since Saturday just gone, it's now affected my nose and it's bunged up can't see a doctor till tomorrow
