Chest & Breathing Problems

Had a lump on right side of neck , got fnac done , it said tuberculosis. then i got mantoux test done which has shown red i duration of 29mm size . chest cray shows bilateral hilar prominence. rest everything seems normal . esr is raised . only one thing is confusing that i have no symptoms at all ! no weakness , no cough , nothing at alll!!!!

I am 30 year unmarried girl n last 20 days i feel pain in my one brest before some days it will stop but again it start last 7 days so i tested plz explain wat is the couses of it n i also feel pain some time times my back side also n feeling iching inbrest or mostly i feel pain in morning left brest.... tell me

There is pain in the left side of ribs at the bottom. Becomes quite sharp while stretching or wearing a bra. Aggravated by sleeping on my stomach at night. Have not had any injury to that area that I can remember.

I find it difficult to breathe sometimes. I need to forcefully inhale air. Sometimes I feel like the air is not going into my lungs properly. I don't get satisfaction by breathing.

My father recently did a health check up in which chest x-ray was done and there were some shadows in both the lungs,then done CT SCAN reports showed that there are multiple nodules in the lungs but all other reports are normal.liver test,kidney,urea, creatinine,spot urine test only my father had diabetes. He has asthama issue also but he is not facing any kind of other problem.he had left smoking 1 year back and also he was not chain smoker. What should we do now? Please help.
